Terry Andersen assumed role of General Manager in July of 1988 and has been improving the company to its present state. Throughout the many years he fulfilled various roles in order to ensure success of the company. He currently oversees management as well as the financial aspects of the company. Some of his current tasks are: communicating company values, objectives and strategies; developing company incentives for employees and providing educational opportunities; accomplishes objectives by establishing plans, budgets, allotting resources, reviewing company developments and making corrections for unexpected circumstances. Shapes the company image by collaborating with customers, government and employees by applying ethical business practices. Contributes to the team effort by achieving related results as needed.
Richard Stromer assumed the role of Quality Assurance in the year 2000 and has been providing quality supervision since. He achieves quality assurance in human resource areas by coaching and disciplining employees; he communicates job expectations; he is involved in planning, monitoring, evaluating and reviewing job contributions; reviews employee actions and behavior; while also enforcing policies and procedures within the company. Richard advances quality assurance plans by conducting risk analyses; identifying critical points within a process and allows for precautionary measures; monitors corrective actions and verification procedures. He also validates quality processes by establishing product requirements and determines performance qualifications.
Kyle Andersen was promoted to Production Control in 2014. Kyle supervises and coordinates the production agendas within our company. He ensures the flow of materials throughout the processes within each department. He is familiar with the variety of field concepts because he has experience working the processes with the company beforehand. He uses that experience and judgment to successfully accomplish our goals in an opportune time. Kyle also ensures that the quantity and quality of the goods are delivered to our customers. He supervises the workforce and motivates them to accomplish the job. Lastly Kyle deals with reviewing worker performance and identifies if any issues need to report to upper management.
Iwona Zaniewski assumed the position of Quality Inspection in 2004. She ensures that everything from raw materials to finished products meets our quality and safety standard. All processes within the company require some element of inspection or testing and are carried out to meet requirements that have been set by purchaser. She takes floor samples of products, inspects the production and discusses any issues that arise with the designated employees. Iwona is also responsible for declaring whether a product meets the requirements or if it needs to be reworked or sent back to the purchaser for further investigation.
