Aqueous Degreasing is a water-based process that uses a variety of methods to clean and remove grease, oil, dirt, and other waste from parts. Due to the hazards of petroleum toward humans, this process is preferred for degreasing over petroleum based methods. Specialized biodegradable compounds are used for oil removing methods. This process is a 2 step process, first a water-based cleaning step, followed by numerous aqueous rinsing steps. We use ultrasonic aqueous cleaning using Brulin 815GD cleaning solution.
